Prompt A: In act 3 scene 1, Tybalt wants to fight Romeo. Seeking Romeo, Tybalt finds Benvilio and Mercutio, who are also looking for Romeo. Tybalt and Mercutio talk and before long their discussion becomes heated. Romeo finally shows up only to cause Tybalt and Mercutio to draw their swords against each other. Trying to stop the fight, Romeo stands in between the two. Seeing this as an opportunity, Tybalt stabs Mercutio under Romeo's arm. Later in the scene, Tybalt returns to kill Romeo. The two fight and Romeo wins, killing Tybalt. After he kills Tybalt, Romeo flees Verona and is banished by the Prince a short time later.
Prompt B: The great Chinese philosopher Confucius once said "Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves". This quote applies to 3.1 because while Romeo embarks on his journey of revenge, he ends up getting himself banished.
Prompt C:
Benvolio: You tried to stop the fight in Act 1, why not try and stop these fights? Have your views changed? Don't you think that you should have tried to help Mercutio instead of just standing there?
Romeo: Were you frustrated that Tybalt and Mercutio kept fighting after you tried to stop them? Do you always try to break up fights?
