This picture represents act four scene five because Juliet is literally playing possum so she can see Romeo again.

Prompt A
The scene starts with Juliet having already taken the potion that will make her appear dead. When her nurse walks in to her room she is initially unaware of Juliet state, assuming she has fallen asleep. Upon further inspection however, it is discovered that Juliet is "dead" and the distraught nurse calls for the lord and lady of the house. Once everyone has arrived and understands the situation, the parents grieve for their lost daughter.
