When Samson and Gregory from the Capulet family see Abraham from the Montague family, they disrespectfully pass by, by biting their thumbs. Aberham asks them if they intentionally did that to disrespect him. They indirectly say yes and start fighting. The citizens erg them on to keep fighting. Benivelio tries to break it up but it doesn't work. It ends up getting broken up by Mr. Capulet. This shows how the two families cant get along.

This image represents how opposites don't attract by showing two cats that are opposite standing away from each other. The overall meaning to the picture is how if people don't agree with everyday decisions they will not be able to be friends and get along.
