Prompt A: Benvolio and Mercutio are talking, when suddenly Benvolio sees Tybalt and some servants. Tybalt promptly asks where Romeo is, because he believe he has a beef to settle with him. Tybalt is angry because Romeo came to the Capulet's party, when he was not invited. Mercutio and Tybalt start to argue until Romeo appears. Romeo does not want to fight Tybalt, so he calmly explains he meant no harm. Mercutio takes this the wrong way, and starts to fight Tybalt. They duel, and Mercutio gets stabbed and fatally wounded. Romeo goes into rage, and kills Tybalt. Benvolio then explains to the Prince what happend. The Prince then procedes to banish Romeo from Verona.

Prompt B: Be careful how you interrupt things.

Prompt E:

I choose this image because it accurately represents how Mercutio did not understand Romeo. Some people say 'lol' as 'laugh out loud', while other people say it as 'lots of love'. Romeo as trying to make the anger go away without violence, but instead, Mercutio thought it meant for him to fight.

1.1 Dormant Arguments Arise

Prompt A: Summary
When two Montague servants, Sampson and Gregory, start to mock the Capulet house, it arises past disagreements that brings sparks to fight. As they start to insult a Capulet servant, Benvolio, the nephew of Lord Montague, tries to come and stop them. Then, the nephew of Lord Capulet, Tybalt, draws his sword, states that he hates peace, and they begin to fight. As the fight goes on, the two Lords see it, and begin to argue. They are about to join the fight when the Prince of Verona comes to stop them. He says that if the two houses keep fighting, then they will receive the punishment of death by execution. Everybody parts their own ways, except Benvolio and Romeo, the Montague's son, who suddenly appears. Romeo is depressed about a girl that does not love him back. Romeo's parents suggest that Benvolio go talk to Romeo about his love. Romeo is very lovesick and needs to be talked to about his love-sickness. Benvolio says that Romeo must forget her, and move on, because there are plenty of other women out there.

Prompt B: Theme:
You can't always have what you want
(Romeo can't have the mystery woman)

Prompt E: Image

This image represents this part in the play because this is what this mystery girl is saying to Romeo. Romeo loves her, and wants to be with her, but the girl does not want him back. Mutumbo, a basketball player in the picture is saying "No" because he is denying him from making the paper ball in the garbage can, just like how Romeo is getting rejected by the girl.
